US Shipping
We ship Monday–Friday from the US. Rates shown at checkout are based on order value, destination, and service level.

- Standard: typically 3–7 business days once shipped.
- Expedited: typically 2–3 business days once shipped.
- Express: typically 1–2 business days once shipped.
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and service.
- Signature may be required for high‑value orders at our discretion.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Processing & Handling
- Processing time: 1–2 business days for in‑stock items.
- Order cutoff: 12:00 PM ET. Orders placed after this time process the next business day.
- Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.
- Address verification or payment review may add time.
International Shipping
- We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates calculate at checkout.
- Typical transit time: 3–10 business days depending on service and destination.
- Carriers: DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, or a local postal partner.
- Duties/Taxes: Unless otherwise noted, international orders are DDU (unpaid). The carrier will collect any import fees on delivery.
- Refusal/Return to Sender: Shipping charges and any incurred fees are non‑refundable.
Some items or destinations may have restrictions due to brand agreements or carrier limitations.
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after label creation.
- Use your tracking link for the latest carrier scan events and estimated delivery date.
Pre‑orders & Split Shipments
- Pre‑order items ship within the timeframe listed on their product page.
- Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items ship together when all items are ready.
- If you want in‑stock items shipped first, contact support—additional shipping may apply.
Address Changes & PO Boxes
- Need to update your address? Email [email protected] ASAP with your order number. We can modify orders that haven’t shipped yet.
- PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO: shipped via USPS. Expedited/Express options may be limited.
- We’re not responsible for non‑delivery due to incomplete or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
Loss, Theft & Damage
- Missing package marked “Delivered”? First check with neighbors and building staff. If still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier to open a trace, then email us within 7 days.
- Damaged in transit? Save all packaging, take photos, and contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a carrier claim.
- Stolen packages after confirmed delivery are outside our control. We’ll help where possible, but replacement/credit is not guaranteed.
Holiday Periods & Cutoffs
- Peak season and carrier network congestion may extend delivery times.
- Order early. Carrier‑published cutoffs vary by service and destination.
Packaging & Sustainability
- We use right‑sized packaging and recyclable materials where possible to reduce waste.
- Multiple‑item orders may ship in separate packages to speed delivery.
