Return eligibility

- Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery (based on carrier scan).
- Item must be in new condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Sets must be returned as a complete set.
- Visible wear, odors, stains, pet hair, or missing tags will render the item ineligible and may be returned to sender.
We operate on a limited‑drop model. Inventory moves quickly, so exchanges and sizes are subject to availability at the time your return is processed.
Non‑returnable items

- Final sale and clearance items (marked “Final Sale” at checkout or on the product page).
- Underwear, socks, headwear, face coverings, and gift cards.
- Customized or made‑to‑order products.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
How to start a return
- Prepare your order details: order number, email, and item(s) to return.

- Wait for approval and a return label/instructions. Returns without authorization may be refused.
- Pack securely. Place items in original polybag/box when possible; keep tags attached.
- Ship by the date indicated on your authorization. Share the tracking number if using your own carrier.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or color on the same style while stock lasts. Due to the limited nature of our drops, if an exact exchange isn’t available, we can:

- Issue store credit for the value of the returned item.
- Process a refund to your original payment method (see Refunds).
To request an exchange, include the desired size/color in your return request. We’ll hold inventory for 48 hours once approved.
Refunds

- Approved returns are inspected within 3–5 business days of arrival.
- If approved, refunds post to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times vary).
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.
- If your return is not approved, we’ll notify you and can ship the item back to you at your expense.

Return shipping

- US orders: Prepaid labels may be provided for approved returns. In some cases, a return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund (shown during authorization).
- International orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs, duties, or taxes; use a trackable service.
- Exchanges: For US exchanges on full‑price items, we generally cover the outbound shipping for the replacement.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund.
International returns

- Duties and taxes paid are not refunded by Godspeed Sweatsuit; you may be able to claim them back via your local customs authority.
- Mark your parcel “Return – No Commercial Value” to help avoid additional import fees.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Order changes and cancellations

- We can accommodate address changes or cancellations if requested within 30 minutes of placing the order and before fulfillment begins.
- Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
- Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping fees deducted from refunds.
Price adjustments
One‑time price adjustment may be honored on full‑price items if the price drops within 7 days of your order date and the same size/color is still in stock. Excludes limited promotions, bundles, final sale, and third‑party marketplaces.
Holiday and special releases
During peak seasons and special releases, processing times may be extended. Limited‑release items are often final sale when indicated on the product page.
